First Impressions Package
Our "First Impressions" service aims to address the needs of expatriates and their families from the start, whilst leaving the human resources department free to concentrate on the core tasks of HR development within their organization. The costs of a failed relocation are huge, not only in financial terms, but also in tension and bad feelings that can arise between local offices, departments, and employees, and in the worst case scenario, the loss of the relocating employee from the company. The "First Impressions" day ensures that things start positively and can help to pinpoint trouble-spots or problems before they get out of hand.
